NHSSL Regulations
- A swimmer’s age for the season is determined June 1, 2011
- All dual meets will begin at 6:30pm. Warm ups for home meets begin at 5:30pm, and for away meets 6:00pm.
- Dual meets consist of 37 events. Each swimmer may swim a maximum of four (4) events. Coaches will attempt to swim each member in three (3) events.
- To be eligible for the Individual and/or Relay Championship meets, a swimmer must have swum at least two (2) regular season dual meets.
